Terms and Conditions

The Therapy

Each standard therapy session lasts approximately 60 minutes and current fees can be found on the website.

Payment will be taken at the time of booking.  A booking will only be confirmed when payment has been made.

Fees are subject to change at any time but fees quoted will remain the same throughout the duration of your treatment even when fees change during this time.

The duration of therapy will be specific to the client, the client’s goals and expectations and the client’s commitment and motivation.  An indication of the number of sessions that might be required may be provided at the initial consultation but this is only a guide and this will be continually reviewed and discussed with you as your therapy progresses.

Punctuality
If you are going to be late please let me know as soon as possible by call or text.  Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment. If they are late the treatment will end at the designated time with no fee change.

Cancellation Policy

While I appreciate that things happen in life, 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid charges.

Missed appointments and cancellations where 24 hours notice is not given will be charged at full fee.

New Perception reserves the right to cancel an appointment at their sole discretion.  This will only be done in exceptional circumstances and as much notice as possible will be given.

You are free to end or withdraw from therapy at any time.  The cost of any sessions paid for in advance will be refunded on request subject to the cancellation policy above.

Confidentiality

All information, verbal and written, will be treated as strictly private and confidential.

Commitment

I will do my very best to address the issues that clients present with and will use all my experience and expertise in this endeavour.  However it should be fully noted that the process is a collaborative one and that the active participation and motivation of the client are essential to ensure the best results.  Add to this people do have different responses to hypnotherapy and so results do vary from person to person.

Code off Ethics and Professional Practice

I have full Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).

I accept and follow the principles set forth within the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice for hypnotherapy as laid down by the GHR.
